Most of our UK orders are sent using the Royal Mail UK postal service. Any disruptions to the service are posted on their website here. 2nd class deliveries in particular appear to be being delayed in certain postcodes. 24hr next day deliveries in the UK are sent by DPD.

Brexit and COVID19 has led to adjustments to shipping costs to reflect updated costs from the carriers themselves. Wherever possible we endeavour to ensure our shipping fees match the exact fee charged by the carrier.

We are pleased to announce that we are shipping to Canada once again using Royal Mail. 

The Jeem Journal consists of 182 guided journaling pages, plus a 4-page preparatory introduction, 4 pages for the Qadr Destiny Drive and Jeem Life Mapper, and several pages for notes. One copy will last you 26 weeks, or 6 months, with advised daily use.

This is a ‘guided’ journal. It has a page of prompts and inspiration per day as well as a page per week for general notes.

We provide guidance within it on exactly how to use the journal and get the most out of it, but feel free to get creative and answer its prompts to better suit your lifestyle. For example, in response to ‘I give shukr (thanks) for…’ one may write three things for which they are thankful, or one thing with elaboration on why they’re thankful for it.

The weekly notes sections are for your thoughts, ideas, tasks, reflections and recipes, to name a few uses. These sections are for you to customise to your needs. You can also use the space to review your week.

We want this journal to reflect your use (and save trees too). This way not a single page goes to waste. An undated journal means it is timeless and can be used any time.

The Qadr Destiny Drive and Jeem Life Mapper are tools for harnessing the spiritual power of the holy month of Ramadhan to make a multifaceted action plan for the year ahead.

Specifically these two tools are a theoretical and practical way of maximising the power of Laylatul Qadr (The Night of Destiny) which occurs in the last 10 nights of the holy month of Ramadhan. This unique element to the journal is placed at exactly the half-way point in the book as a standalone section. The Jeem Life Mapper is a practical exercise in which one is encouraged to flesh out plans for the year ahead. The plan is mapped to 6 core areas of life which include Spirituality, Relationships, and Career.

As humans we thrive on rhythm and routine. In chaotic times, the punctuation of each and every day with the five daily prayers serves as a vital anchoring point. The morning prayer in particular is key. It will set the tone for your day. Consistency is king. Make a schedule, write it down and keep to it.
